Keertana @ Ivy Book Bindings

Although I loved the characters in this one, their romance which originally started out very steamy, fell flat due to unnecessary drama. MacLean did a great job of avoiding this with her predecessor, but this novel struggled with finding that line between depth and silliness, especially during the last third. Additionally, the "Ten Ways to Land a Lord" didn't play as much a role in the novel as the Callie's list did in the last novel, which was another slight disappointment. A very solid historical romance, but just not as good as the last one.
